Current Openings Software Test/ QA Engineer Job Description Software Test Engineers play an important role in ensuring the quality of products delivered. You’ll be part of a team that designs and implements test scenarios, runs automated test suites, and certifies.

You will be responsible for designing new test cases and developing them, regression testing of new releases and release updates of the product, and quality assurance. You will be required to work along with the development teams to understand the new fetures and defect fixes that are part of each release and creating test cases to cover those changes. You will review requirements, specifications, and designs to assure that test suites cover the product adequately.

Desired Profile Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

Experience and knowledge

Two or more years of experience as a software test engineer. You should be well versed with formal testing methods and techniques. A sound of understanding of relational database theory and strong command over SQL programming is a must. You should be equaly comfortable in Unix-based and Windows-based development environments.
